中国医科大学学报 第41 卷 第7 期 2012 年7 月 656 · · Journal of China Medical University Vol.41 No.7 Jul. 2012 标本放置时间对凝血酶原时间和活化的部分凝血活酶时间 检测结果的影响 1 2 2 赵欣宇，宋鉴清，张丽霞 （中国医科大学1.第94期临床医学七年制，沈阳110001；2.附属第一医院检验科，沈） 阳110001 摘要 目的 探讨凝血功能异常时，标本放置时间对凝血酶原时间（PT）和活化的部分凝血活酶时间（APTT）检测结果的影响。 方法 利用STA-R 全自动血凝仪及配套试剂，测定不同放置时间下70 例血凝标本PT 和APTT 的检测结果。根据PT 和APTT 的正常参考值，将空腹（0 h）检测结果分为正常组（PT ：11.0~14.3 s，APTT ：32.0~43.0 s）和异常组（PT14.3 s ，APTT43.0 s）。将标 本于室温下分别放置 1、2、4 、6、8、12、24 h，检测其PT 和APTT ，对结果进行统计学分析。结果 正常组PT 与APTT 标本分别于 室温存放8 h 和4 h 时检测结果基本稳定。异常组PT 与APTT 标本分别于室温存放4 h 和2 h 时检测结果基本稳定。异常组较 正常组检测结果更易受标本放置时间的影响，PT 标本放置6 h、APTT 标本放置4 h 时，检测结果即发生明显的改变。结论 对 于凝血异常者，标本放置时间对检测结果影响甚大，PT 和APTT 测定均应于标本采集后2 h 内尽快进行。 关键词 凝血酶原时间；活化的部分凝血活酶时间；放置时间 中图分类号 R446.112 文献标志码 A 文章编号 0258-4646 （2012）07-0656-03 网络出版地址 /kcms/detail/21.1227.R1613.001.html Effect of Storage Time on Prothrombin Time and Activated Partial Thromboplastin Time Test on Abnormal Specimens 1 2 2 ZHAO Xin-yu ，SONG Jian-qing ，ZHANG Li-xia （1. 94th Seven-year Program of Clinical Medicine ，China Medical University，Shenyang 110001 ，China；2.
