摘 要
本文针对目前国内用于电源是晶闸管静态逆变器。其逆变频率限制在8KHz以下,实际产品一般仅为1KHz左右。晶闸管静态逆变器的频率范围窄,如感应器改变时,不能进行频率调节。本文通过应用IGBT逆变器以设计大功率的直流稳压电源。
本文首先介绍了所设计的大功率直流稳压电源的组成结构和控制原理,并就电源主电路、控制电路、保护电路以及控制系统软件的设计做了详细地分析。
主电路系统由输入滤波整流电路、逆变电路、高频变压器、输出整流滤波电路组成。逆变电路采用输出功率较大的IGBT全桥式逆变结构,绝缘栅双极晶体管(IGBT)
文中详细讨论了上述电路的设计要点及参数确定,以16位单片机80C196KC为控制核心,组成大功率直流稳压电源的控制系统。单片机通过采样电路中的电压、电流值,与给定值比较后可自动调节,同时还可显示电路中的电压、电流值,具有监控功能。所以此系统不仅具有较高的可靠性,还具有良好的工艺性能。由于使用了高频器件,整个系统具有小型化、轻量化、高效率等优点,符合现代大功率直流稳压电源的发展潮流。故本系统具有较好的发展前景。
Abstract
This article in view of present domestic uses in the power source is the thyristor static state invertor. Its inversion frequency restriction below 8KHz, the actual product is only about generally 1KHz. The thyristor static state invertors frequency range is narrow, if time sensor change, cannot carry on the frequency control. Developed adapted using the IGBT invertor in the high efficiency cocurrent voltage-stabilized sources development work.
This article first introduced designs the high efficiency cocurrent voltage-stabilized sources composition structure and the control principle, and on the power source main circuit, the control circuit, the protection circuit as well as the control system softwares design did have analyzed in detail.
The contravariant welding machine main circuit system by the input filter leveling circuit, the contravariant electric circuit, the high-frequency transformer, the output rectification filter circuit is composed.
