摘要 数控（英文名字：Numerical Control 简称:NC）技术是指用数字、文字和符号组成的数字指令来实现一台或多台机械设备动作控制的技术。数控一般是采用通用或专用计算机实现数字程序控制，因此数控也称为计算机数控 (Computerized Numerical Control )，简称CNC，它所控制的通常是位置、角度、速度等机械量和与机械能量流向有关的开关量。 数控加工工艺与编程是学习数控技术的重点。掌握数控加工工艺及程序编制的基本知识和基本理论，掌握机床、刀具、夹具及量具的相关知识；掌握数控加工工艺设计方法和数控加工程序编制方法的能力；同时，还能分析解决生产中一般工艺问题的能力。基于以上几点看法，我选择第四届全国数控技能大赛（河南赛区）选拔决赛学生组在数控车床上加工的轴类配合零件作为毕业设计课题，并以此来强化所学的知识。 关键词：数控技术 CNC 数控加工工艺 数控大赛 轴类配合件 Abstract CNC (English name: Numerical Control referred to: NC) technology is the use of numbers, words and symbols to achieve the number of instructions one or more motion control technology machinery and equipment.NC general or special general is the use of digital process control computer, so called computer numerical control CNC (Computerized Numerical Control), referred to as CNC, it is usually controlled by the location, angle, speed and other mechanical flow amount and the mechanical energy switch.
