本科生毕业设计 双向式汽车轮胎压力监测系统主机设计 The Graduation Design for Bachelors Degree The Design for the Main Engine of Bidirectional Tire Pressure Monitoring System Candidate:Zhang Xin Specialty:Vehicle Engineering Class:B05-17 Supervisor:Lecturer Lv Degang Heilongjiang Institute of Technology 2009-06·Harbi 本科生毕业设计 PAGE II 摘 要 随着社会经济和科学技术的发展,公路交通已经成为关系国民经济命脉和社会、经济发展的重大系统,但随之而来的交通事故给人的生命安全和经济发展造成了重大损失。爆胎是引起交通事故的主要原因,保持标准的车胎气压行驶和及时发现车胎漏气是防止爆胎的关键。汽车轮胎气压监测系统(TPMS)主要用于在汽车行驶时实时地对轮胎气压进行自动监测,对轮胎漏气和低气压进行报警,是驾车者、乘车人生命安全的保障预警系统。 本文在对当前存在的各种TPMS系统结构形式分析和比较后,提出了一种新型的直接式TPMS系统。本课题主要研究直接式TPMS系统的主机模块,包括设计数据处理单元和无线网桥两大部分的内容。在整体研究了TPMS系统的基础上,重点论述主机模块的结构特点和设计依据、各模块的设计过程,以及各个元件的连接方式。 关键词:TPMS;轮胎;汽车;压力;温度;监测 ABSTRACT With the development of social economy and technology. Road transportation has been playing more and more important role in our life. But the traffic accident attached do a great damage to our life and make a lot loss to economy. Tire blowout is the main cause. The key point to avoid tire blowout is to hold standard pressure and aware of the leakage of tire in ti- me. Tire Pressure Monitoring System (TPMS) is mainly used to monitor tire pressure when running and alarm the leakage and low pressure of tire, so it is a safeguard to drivers and p- assengers. This paper analysis the current structure of the various forms of TPMS systems and co- mparison them, then give a new direct-type TPMS system. The main research topics of dire- ct-type TPMS module mainframe systems, including the design of data-processing unit and a wireless bridge most of the content of the two. In the overall study of the TPMS system on the basis of the module focuses on the structural characteristics of the host and design based on the module design process, as well as ways to connect the various components.
