PAGE word文档 可编辑 综合楼建筑结构与施工组织设计 Architectural design，Structure design and Construction organization Design of an Complex Building 摘 要 本次设计是一个七层的商住综合楼，结构形式为框架结构。 本设计分为三个部分：建筑设计，结构设计和施工组织设计。 建筑设计根据建筑设计规范和实际使用功能的要求进行，主要有建筑平面组合，立面设计、剖面设计三部分；结构设计部分包括结构选型、荷载计算、内力计算和截面设计；施工组织设计部分包括工程概况和施工条件、主要施工方法和施工顺序，工程量计算和施工进度计划。 本设计主要根据为《建筑结构荷载规范（GB50009-2001)》、《混凝土结构设计规范（GB50010-2002)》、《砌体结构设计规范（GB50003-2002)》等现行规范。 关键词：建筑设计；结构设计；施工组织设计  Abstract This graduation project is about a seven-story commercial-residential building ，of which the structure form is frame structure. This design is divided into three parts：architectural design，structure design and construction organization design .The architectural design is based on both the ode of building design and the requirement of practical using function，including plane combination，elevation design，section design and building decoration and fitment . The structure design includes structural form selection，load calculation，internal force calculattion and section design ；The construction organization design includes engineering situation，construction condition，mayjor construction method and sequence，quantity calculation and construction schedule . This design is mainly based on current codes such as architectural structure load standards（GB50009-2001)， concrete structure design code（GB50010-2002)， brick-structure design standard (GB50003-2002).
