摘要
本设计的主要任务是研究塑料水龙头的成型技术并且设计出注射模具。注射成型是塑料成型的一种重要方法,它主要适用于热塑性塑料的成型,可以一次成型形状复杂的精密塑件。近年来,我国工业的高速发展对模具工业,对塑料模具提出了越来越高的要求。课题设计首先分析了水龙头塑件工艺特点,利用CAD软件对塑件进行了实体造型,对塑件结构进行了工艺分析。该水龙头注射模设计的结构特点是侧浇口形式的单分型面注射模,具有侧向抽芯及圆弧抽芯。并在随后的设计过程中逐渐明确了设计思路,确定了注射成型工艺过程并对各个具体部分进行了详细的计算和校核,以确保设计出的结构可确保模具工作运用可靠,保证了与其他部件的配合,最后用AutoCAD绘制了一套模具装配图和零件图。

ABSTRACT
The main task of this design is the study of plastic faucet molding technology and design the injection mold. Injection molding is a kind of important method of plastic molding, it is mainly suitable for thermoplastic plastic molding, can be a complicated shape of precision plastic forming parts. In recent years, with the rapid development of industry in our country to the mold industry, puts forward higher and higher requirements for plastic mould. Project design, first of all, analyzed the technological characteristics of plastics article of faucet, using CAD software for plastic parts entity model, process of plastic parts structure analysis. The faucet of the structure of injection mould design is the side gate in the form of a single parting surface injection mould, with side core-pulling and arc core pulling. And in the subsequent design process gradually clear the design idea, determine the injection molding process and to each specific part carried on the detailed calculation and checking, to ensure that the structure are designed, which can ensure the mold work using reliable, ensure the communicate and coordinate with other parts of the final use AutoCAD draw a set of mold assembly drawing and part drawing.
