艺术院校科研平台建设与管理研究 　　摘 要 随着我国文化体制改革的不断深化，我国艺术院校不仅成为培养艺术人才的重要阵地，而且对科研水平的要求也不断提高，越来越注重从外延发展向内涵发展转移。推动艺术院校创新科研能力的大幅度提升，有利于发展社会主义先进文化，但目前艺术院校科研平台的建设与管理工作仍然存在不足，需要引起高度重视。本文对艺术院校科研平台建设与管理问题进行了探讨，就如何加强艺术院校科研平台建设与管理提出一些优化策略，旨在为推动我国艺术院校加强科研平台建设与管理、提升艺术创新能力提供一些参考。 　　关键词 艺术院校 科研平台 建设 管理 　　中图分类号：G642 文献标识码：A DOI：10.16400/j.cnki.kjdks.2016.01.011 　　On Art College Research Platform Construction and Management 　　PU Xinzhu 　　（Sichuan Conservatory of Music， Chengdu， Sichuan 610000） 　　Abstract With the deepening of Chinas cultural reform， Chinas art schools become not only artistic talent and important position in the culture， but also for scientific research requirements are also rising， more and more attention to shift from extensive development to intensive development. Promoting artistic innovation institutions greatly enhance research capacity， it is conducive to the development of socialist advanced culture， but the construction and management of the institutions of art research platform still deficient， need attention. In this paper， art academies research platform construction and management issues were discussed， and some optimization strategies on how to strengthen scientific research platform construction and management of arts institutions， to strengthen the construction and management of scientific research platform to promote Chinas art schools， enhance the artistic innovation capability provide some reference. 　　Key words art college; research platform; construction; management 　　广义的科研创作平台，是指教育或研究机构相关研究人员开展艺术科研创作的平台，是其施展科研创作才华、实现科研创作目标的特定空间和舞台。狭义的科研创作平台，则是指在特定学科领域进行科研创作的平台。目前艺术院校的科研平台主要有：与艺术学相关的重点学科、社科研究基地、重点实验室、协同创新中心、工程研究中心、艺术产品研发中心等。尽管从总体上来看，艺术院校为国家的艺术创新与开拓做出了诸多有意义的探索，为国家的艺术事业的建设与发展培养出一批又一批的优秀艺术人才，而且我国各级各类艺术院校都高度重视科研创作，也取得了一定的成效，为推动我国艺术事业的发展做出了一定的贡献，但在我国文化体制改革的大背景下，我国艺术院校科研创作仍然存在一些不容忽视的问题，普遍存在科研能力相对薄弱、科研成果不够丰富、科研体系不够完善、科研人才相对缺乏等诸多问题，这就需要艺术院校必须高度重视科研平台的建设、管理与创新，只有这样才能使艺术院校的科研能力得到显著提高，进而使艺术院校在我国新一轮文化体制改革的大背景下实现科学、持续、健康发展，这一点应当引起艺术院校的高度重视，并在实践中积极探索。 　　1 艺术院校
