摘 要
在现代工业自动化控制中,工业过程控制的质量很大程度上取决于过程控制仪表性能的高低。气动调节阀是工业过程控制的重要调节机构,本文研究的调节型阀门控制器是气动调节阀的核心附件,它能够显著改善阀门的动态特性,提高阀门的响应速度、定位精度以及控制灵活性。
本文先对国内外智能阀门控制器进行了对比和分析,然后详细阐述了智能阀门控制器的总体及硬件设计。论文主要解决了基于MSP430单片机的阀门硬件控制、电源相序的检测、电机保护等关键问题。并且由基于MSP430的单片机系统实现对整个系统的数字化、智能化控制,提高了控制精度。针对当前国内阀门电动装置主要为机械式开关控制的现状,本着在现有机械结构上改动最小的原则,利用传感器和电子电路替换传统的机械控制结构。并且开发了集执行机构、驱动单元、调节控制单元、现场显示仪表等为一体的机电一体化智能电动执行器。
本文设计并实现智能阀门控制器,对提高国内阀门控制的自动化水平和智能阀门电动装置生产水平,参与国际竞争具有重要的现实意义。

The Hardware Design of Adjustable Valve Controller
ABSTRACT
In modern industrial automation control, the quality of industrial process control depends to a great extent on the performance level of process control instrumentation. Pneumatic control valve is an important governor motion of industrial process control, and the adjustable valve controller studied in this paper is the main attachment of pneumatic control valve, it can significantly improve the dynamic characteristics of valves, improve the control speed, precision and flexibility of valves.
This paper analyzes the research situation and future development of the adjustable Valve Controller home and abroad and also carries on the contrast and the analysis to them and finds the solution of some key problems, such as hardware designs of the intelligent valve controller based on MSP430 single chip processor, phase sequence test of power source, motor protection and so on. Then in the view of the situation that the major current domestic electric valve actuator is controlled by the mechanical type switch, the design of hardware of the adjustable valve controller was elaborated in detail: based on the principles such as modifying the smallest in the existing mechanism, replacing tradition machinery control structure by the sensor and the electronic circuit, situation of the overall
