中药清温消热饮的抗炎镇痛活性研究 赵婵娟基金项目：重庆市市教委科技项目（KJ1503408)，万州区区科委科技项目（201501023） 基金项目：重庆市市教委科技项目（KJ1503408)，万州区区科委科技项目（201501023） 作者简介：赵婵娟，硕士，讲师，执业兽医师，从事中兽医学及动物药学临床研究。 E-Mail： HYPERLINK mailto:zhaochanjuan@ zhaochanjuan@ （重庆三峡职业学院动物科技系，重庆万州，404155） [收稿日期］2016-01-10［文献标识码］A［文章编号］1002-1280 (2016) 04-0000-00［中图分类号］S853.7 [摘 要] 为了研究清温消热饮的抗炎、镇痛作用，选择清洁级昆明系小鼠144只作为试验对象，采用小鼠炎性肿胀、疼痛反应模型对其进行药效学综合分析，结果显示，清温消热饮对小鼠的耳廓肿胀和足趾肿胀的4 h抑制率分别为23%和59.34%，与西药对照组地塞米松治疗效果无差异性（p0.05)），与空白对照组比较差异极显著（p0.01）。同时，清温消热饮组能延长小鼠疼痛反应时间和有效减少小鼠扭体反应次数，表现出与空白对照组显著差异（p0.01）。结果表明清温消热饮抗炎效果显著，并具有良好的镇痛作用，试验为该中药方剂的临床应用及研发工作提供理论基础。 [关键词] 中药；清温消热饮；抗炎；镇痛； Study On Anti-Inflammatory And Analgesic Activities Of Qing Wen Xiao Re Yin In Mice ZHAO chan-juan （Department of animal science and technology,，Chongqing three gorges polytechnic college，Chongqing wanzhou,404155） [Abstract] Experimental researchs were aimed at studying the the anti-inflammatory and analgesic activities of the traditional Chinese drug prescription “qing-wen-xiao-re-yin ”.144 clean mice of Kunming were used experimental subject for inflammation models.Auricle swelling induced by dimethylbenzene and toes swelling caused by carrageenan were used to investigate the anti-inflammatory effect and acetic acid writhing test was made to observe its analgestic effect.The results showed that compared with blank control group ,traditional Chinese drug prescription“qing-wen-xiao-re-yin ”can significantly reduce the degree of ear and toe swelling (p0.01)and the inhibit ratio respectively were 23% and 59.34% at 4h,which compared with Western Medicine group hexadecadrol treatment, effect was no difference (p 0.05).Meanwhile,compared with the control group ,the traditional Chinese drug prescription “qing-wen-xiao-re-yin” could significantly prolong pain reaction time and reduce pain writhing reaction times.
