线圈骨架注射模工艺设计及模具CAD
摘 要 :通过对塑件的工艺分析,确定了注射模具的结构、冷却系统等。由于塑件的形状复杂,因此为了减少抽芯机构的数量,就把分型面设置在非同一平面上,只有侧凹采用了抽芯机构。该抽芯机构结构简单,操作方便灵活,而且容易加工。该注塑模具采用一模两腔,顺序脱模,组合型芯。分两个型芯,一大一小。而且使用了很多标准零件,从而减少了设计的工作量。结构合理,运动可靠,满足了自动化大批量生产的要求,提高了生产效率和保证了产品的质量

Abstract:Through the technological analysis of the plastic part, the structure and the cooling system of the injection mould are determined. As a result of the complexity of the plastic part, therefore ,in order to reduce the number of the core-pulling mechanism, the parting line isn’t on the one plane and only two side-holes use core-pulling mechanism. The structure of the core-pulling mechanism is simple , is operated conveniently and flexibly and manufactured easily. The injection mould uses one mould with two cavities, subsequent demoulding, one-stage ejection and assembled cores.It have two cores,one is bid and one is little. And a lot of standard parts are used to reduce too much work. The mould structure is reasonable and the movement is reliable. It can meet the requirement of automatic mass production, ensure the quality of the product and improve the production efficiency .
