[摘要]本文对带有时间窗的易腐食品路径选择问题进行研究，以易腐食品的特性为基础，用运筹学的方法建立了一个适用于易腐食品配送的车辆调度模型，通过运筹学的表上作业法进行求解。将该模型运用于模拟数据中，进行模型的演算。
