还应指出:豆粕(饼)粉碎的粒度影响蛋白溶解度值,随着粒度的减小,蛋白溶解度值增大,因此建议测定蛋白溶解度时,样品应过60 目(Dale,1987)。
生豆粕及加热过度的豆粕的真代谢能值都低于正常豆粕.
