酶的研究概况,以及在鱼、虾、贝等免疫方面的研究进展,并探讨了其在水产养殖中的应用前景。

The advances of the nitric oxide and nitric oxide synthase
in immune system of aquatic animals

Abstract The nitric oxide(NO), which produced during the conversion of L-arginine to L-citrulline by NO
synthase (NOS), is a free radical biological messenger with numerous function, including regulation of vascular
tone, cellular signaling, is ubiquitous in all living organs and tissues. It takes part in many important physiolog -
ical and pathological reactions, and can kill the bacteria, fungi, parasite or virus non- specifically with improv -
ing the non-specific immune function. In recent years, studies on NO have been gotten on very quickly in the
life science field. In this paper, the summary of NO/NOS, and the advances of NO/NOS in immune system of
fish, shrimp and shellfish were summarized. At the same time, the application perspectives of NO/NOS in aqua -
culture were discussed.
