在国内目前的医院管理信息系统(HMIS)开发过程中,由于缺乏统一的建模标准用于分析人员、设 计人员、系统构架师和客户等人员之间的有效地交流,所开发的系统往往不能满足用户真正的需求并且系 统缺乏灵活性。这导致出现大量低水平重复开发的HMIS,这些系统难以移植推广。因此,很有必要使用 统一的建模标准对HMIS建立系统模型,借助模型来对HMIS进行分析和设计,从而明确需求、统一标准, 进一步提高HMIS开发的质量与水平。
本文以病人就诊为主线,使用了统一建模语言(UML)和Rational统一过程(RuP)有机结合而形成 的一种完整的全新的面向对象的软件工程方法,对医院管理信息系统(HMIs)的开始和细化阶段的高层 需求进行了建模。该系统模型包括静态高层模型和动态行为模型。最后,本文还对该模型的可维护性问题 进行了讨论和分析。
实践表明,用UML与RUP指导系统建模,有助于系统开发的不同参与者从不同角度了解系统,促进 了这些不同参与者之间的交流,使系统需求具有可追踪性,保证了系统架构的稳定性,提高了系统的可理 解性和可修改性。

Abstract
Dw.mg the presem development of HMIS in China,due to be 1ack of unified modeling standard for communication effectively among analysists,designers,architects,cutomers etc.the systems developed o船n can’t meet the true requirements of and ale lack of flexibility.These lcad to lot of low-quality duplicated HMIS that are di伍cult to be transplanted and widely used.Therefore.it iS necessary to establish system model of HMIS using unified modeling standard.We analyze and design HMIS through the model to clarify the requireme吐unify the standards and further improve the quality and level ofthe development ofHMIS.
Following the process of typical visiting of patient,the research employs new object-oriented methodology of software engineering combining UML and RUP to modeling the high-layer requimments in the inception and elaboration ph髂es ofHMIS.The system modelincludes static models and dynamic behavior models. Finally,the maintainability ofthe modeliS discussed and analyzed in this research.
The practice indicates mat the model ofHMIS b雒ed on I rML and RUP helps defferent participants ofthe system development understand the syaem from various perspectives,makes the communication among defferent stakeholders more effectively,makes system requirements traceble,ensures the system architecture stable and improves the intelligibility and revisability ofthe system.
