Methods from January 2004 - March 2008, 155 cases of patients in our hospital outpatient chronic asthma patients were randomly divided into high dose of budesonide inhalation group (a group), low dose of budesonide combined with salbutamol inhalation group (B group), low dose of budesonide combined with ipratropium bromide inhalation group (C group). The study lasted for 9 months, comparing the treatment response, adverse drug reactions, and peak expiratory flow rate (PEF) before and after treatment. Results a total of 130 patients completed the study. There was no significant difference between the 3 groups in morning PEF, PEF day variability and night PEF value. The improvement of morning PEF, the improvement of morning PEF and the improvement of night PEF in group B were statistically significant (t=2.47 ~ 2.60, plt, 0.01) before and after treatment in group A. There were no significant differences in the adverse reactions between the groups before and after treatment and between the groups. Conclusion inhalation of small dose of hormone sugariness skin with mild and moderate asthma with poor control, with large doses of sugar skin hormone inhalation can improve lung function in patients with morning, using small doses of sugar skin hormone combined with short acting beta 2 agonists regular inhalation can improve lung function in early morning and night.
