This article is based on value chain analysis of the economic benefits of processing trade, according to the current status of Chinas processing trade, to find out the constraints to further development of Chinas processing trade. Then the introduction of value-added distribution of the smile curve in the value chain, and to think about the value of space summarize Chinas processing trade, and on this basis, make recommendations for the further development of Chinas processing trade.
