摘 要
本设计为屠宰厂生产废水处理设计,设计过程为初步设计。屠宰废水来自于家禽、猪和牛的屠宰加工场,含有油脂、蛋白质、血污和其他有机物,若未经处理排入河流和小溪可能对环境带来危害。该屠宰废水处理厂的处理水量为1000m3/d,不考虑远期发展。原污水中各项指标:BOD5=800-1200mg/L,CODCr=1500-2000mg/L,SS=800-1500 mg/L,动植物油=40-60mg/L,NH3-N=100-120mg/L,pH=6.0-9.0
屠宰废水属于易生物降解废水,可采用两级生物处理使出水达标。预处理主要采用物理处理,包括格栅、调节池、隔油沉淀池和气浮池,主要用来去除水中的悬浮颗粒、泥沙和油污,并使处理的水质均匀,水量稳定。二级处理处理主要采用生物法,包括厌氧生物处理法中的UASB法和好氧生物处理法中的SBR法,可以有效去除水中的有机物,最后出水达到国家的有关排放标准(GB13457-1992)即:CODCr≤80mg/L, BOD5≤30mg/L,SS≤60mg/L,NH3-N≤15mg/L,pH=6.0-8.5。处理后的出水排进厂区附近的天然河道。本工程总投资为305.2万元,处理每吨水成本为2.97元。本文介绍了该工艺的特点,并有相关的屠宰废水的工艺设计过程。

Abstract:This topic design is a slaughterhouse wastewater treatment plant. The degree of the design is in a preliminary phase. Effluents from industrial poultry, porcine, or bovine slaughterhouses containing lipids, proteins, blood, and other organic material, might cause environmental damage if discharged untreated in rivers and creeks.The water which need to be treat in the slaughterhouse wastewater treatment plant is 1000m3d, regardless of future development. The various target in the raw wastewater is: BOD5=800-1200mg/L,CODCr=1500-2000mg/L,SS=800-1500mg/L, oil and grease=40-60 mg/L,NH3-N=100-120 mg/L,pH=6.0-9.0.
The quality of the processing water belongs to the wastewater thet easy to be biology degrade. Using two levels of biology treatment could made the wastewater achieve the effluent standard. Pretreatment maily use the physical method, including grilling, regulating reservoir,?grease trap settling tank and the flotation tank, its purpose is to remove large suapended particulate matter and the oil substance. The secondary treatment uses the biology methods, consists of UASB of anaerobic oxygen biology methods and the SBR of the aerobic oxygen biology methods, which could remove most of the organics.
