年产3.5万吨柠檬酸工厂设计
摘 要
本次设计的是昆明理工大学2008届应届毕业毕业论文设计,题目是年产3.5万吨柠檬酸工厂工艺设计,在参观了楚雄市柠檬酸厂后,结合我国柠檬酸生产情况,进行了项目可行性论证、厂址选择论证、工艺流程选择和论证,辅助车间、主要车间平面布置说明、全厂总平面布置说明、环境保护与综合利用等方面的论述。本次生产工艺设计以木薯为原料,采用直接粉碎、调浆、液化,进行好气液体深层发酵,钙盐法提取,最后结晶、干燥得到柠檬酸。
由于本设计为糖化、发酵、提取、精制车间的设计,着重于这几个车间的工艺计算、设备选型。通过全厂物料衡算、车间热量衡算,确定糖化、发酵车间主要设备发酵罐、种子罐、车间管道的设计和选型以及全厂及车间布置。
采用两级冷却加热空气除菌流程制备无菌空气,培养基连续灭菌。详细论述提取、精制车间工艺流程,绘制提取、精制车间设备布置图及发酵罐结构图。

ABSTRACT
? The design is 2008 session fresh graduated graduated papers design of Kunming University of Science and Technology, topics is annual 35,000 tons citric acid factory technology design, after has visit citric acid factory in Chuxiong city , combination in China citric acid production situation, for project feasibility demonstration, and site select demonstration, and process select and demonstration, secondary workshop, and main workshop plane layout description, and plant total plane layout description, and environmental protection and Comprehensive utilizationb Exposition. Design of the production process to dry potato as raw materials, direct crushing, pulp, liquefaction, aerobic submerged fermentation, extraction of calcium salt, finally be citric acid with crystallization, drying.
?Due to this design as saccharification, fermentation, extraction, and refining workshop design, focused on the workshop process calculation, equipment selection. Through the whole material balance, plant heat balance, determined saccharification, fermentation workshop main device of fermentation tank, seeding tank, plant piping design and the selection and layout of factory and workshop.
?Using two-stage cooling and heating air preparation of sterile air sterilization processes, continuous sterilization medium. Detail extraction and refinement workshop process, draw the layout of workshop equipment and fermentation of extraction, refining tank map.
