年产130万吨连铸坯的电弧炉炼钢车间设计毕业论文 摘要 本文叙述了年产130万吨连铸坯的电弧炉炼钢车间工艺设计过程,通过对电弧炉相关材料的查阅,对现代电弧炉炼钢工艺及车间布置有了一定的了解和认识在冶炼工艺路线和相应设备。按照设计任务书的要求,先后进行并完成了物料平衡和热平衡的计算,电弧炉炉型尺寸的计算及确定、相应配备设备的计算及确定如:变压器、钢包、中间包等设备尺寸的选择确定、炉外精炼方式的选择确定,电弧炉车间的整体布置以及人员配备和经济指标的核算等任务。电弧炉新技术的开发给电弧炉炼钢带来了巨大的经济效益与环境优势,本文针对现代电弧炉炼钢新技术方面作了详细的讨论。 关键词:电弧炉,偏心底出钢,,炉外精炼 Abstract This article describes the capacity of 1.3mt of continuous casting slab EAF steelmaking process design process, through workshop of electric arc furnace of relevant materials of modem eaf or process and workshop layout have certain knowledge and understanding.During the design process,the main steel products is steel board of stainless steel .According to smelting steel grade ,choose a suitable route and the corresponding equipment. In strict accordance with the design specification requirements,has been completed materials balance and heat balance of 1Cr17Ni2 , the type size calculation of EAF,the calculation of corresponding equipment ,such as the transformer ,AOD,the ladle,tundish,slab continuous casting machine etc,The overall layout of electric arc furnace plant and the economic indicators business accounting.The development of EAF new technology brought enormous economic benefits and environmental advantages,this paper has made a detailed discussion about the modern EAF steelmaking technology.
