新时期下城市更新工作策略方法研究

[摘要]自改革开放以来国内城市化加快发展，城镇化率有了显著提升，在城市化发展突飞猛进的背后，是土地资源

开发已达瓶颈期的残酷现实。为加快推进以人为核心的新型城镇化，大力提升城市品质，推进新型城镇化高质量发

展，全国范围内掀起了城市更新工作的热潮。本文针对新时期下城市更新工作，通过对现有城市更新模式进行解读，

针对城市更新规划对于国家宏观经济、城市建设、地方政府、城市规划工作的意义进行思考，进而结合城市更新工

作历程及其发挥的实际作用提出对未来城市更新规划的策略及方法。为新阶段城市更新工作提供了可参考的路径及

思路。

Abstract:Sincethereformandopeninguptospeeduptheurbanizationdevelopment,domesticurbanizationratehasbeensignificantlyincreased.

Behindtheurbanizationdevelopmentbyleapsandbounds,liestheharshrealitythatthedevelopmentoflandresourceshasreachedthebottleneck.In

ordertoacceleratethenewtypeofpeople-centeredurbanization,vigorouslyimprovethequalityofthecity,andpromotethehigh-qualitydevelopment

ofnewurbanization,theurbanrenewalworkhasbeensetoffacrossthecountry.Aimingattheurbanrenewalworkinthenewera,thisarticle

interpretstheexistingurbanrenewalmode,reflectsonthesignificanceofurbanrenewalplanningfornationalmacroeconomy,urbanconstruction,

localgovernments,andurbanplanningwork.Furthermore,strategiesandmethodsforthefutureurbanrenewalplanningareproposedbycombining

thehistoryofurbanrenewalworkanditsactualrole,whichcouldprovidereferencepathandideasfortheurbanrenewalworkinthenewstages.
