摘要
本设计的初衷主要是研究一个基于物联网技术对老式的架空人车进行改进,使其在能够更加安全、可靠运行同时确保企业的经济效益的最大化、人员事故降到最低。同时轿厢机内部一些人性化的设计相比较老式的架空人车(猴车),使企业员工在上班和下班过程中更舒适,让每个员工的工作效率得到提高。
矿上架空人车系统有上位机系统,节点机系统和轿厢机系统组成。由于在煤矿井下环境的特殊性,信号数据在巷道内部传送受到了很大程度上的限制和削弱,所以用节点机环节作为上位机和轿厢机之间数据传输的中间环节,设计思路是在煤矿井上控制室安装上位机,在煤矿井下每隔一段距离根据需要安装节点机同时在人车内部安装轿厢机系统。系统设计完成之后主控室可以对轿厢机内部进行实时数据监控,主控制室可一对一选择不同车厢进行通讯,随时询问各个车厢的运行状况以便做出调整,乘坐人员也可以申请和主控室进行双向通讯。同时mp3功能的添加也使设计更人性化。
本系统主要由at89c52单片机系统,CC1100无线通讯模块,AMBE-1000语音处理模块,音乐播放模块,键盘模块等组成。

Abstract
