Introduction:
Asthedemandforelectricitycontinuestoincrease,high-voltagetransmissionsubstationshavebecomeanindispensablepartofthepowergrid.Agas-insulatedsubstation(GIS)isahigh-voltagesubstationthatusescompressedgastoinsulatetheconductorsandequipment.Becauseofitssmallfootprint,highreliability,andlowmaintenance,GIShasbeenwidelyusedinpowersystems.However,duetothesevereweatherconditions,lightningintrusionisaninevitableproblemthatoftenoccursinpractice.Thelightningintrusionwaveproduceshigh-frequencyvoltageandcurrentontheinsulationsurfaceoftheGISequipment,whichmayaffectthesafeoperationofthesubstation.Therefore,itisnecessarytostudythecharacteristicsoflightningintrusionwavesinGISsubstations.
Objective:
Theobjectiveofthisthesisistoanalyzeandresearchthecharacteristicsoflightningintrusionwavesin1000kVGISsubstationsandprovideatheoreticalbasisforthedesignandoperationofthesubstation.
Method:
BasedonthecharacteristicsoftheGISequipmentandthelightningintrusionwave,thisthesismainlyusesthesimulationmethodtoanalyzethelightningintrusionwavein1000kVGISsubstation.Thesimulationmodelofthesubstationisestablishedusingelectromagnetictransientsoftware,andthenthelightningintrusionwaveissimulated.Thecharacteristicsofvoltageandcurrentwaveforms,frequencyspectrum,andtransientresponseoftheequipmentareanalyzed.
Expectedresults:
Basedonthesimulationanalysis,thisthesiswillobtainthefollowingresults:
1.Thecharacteristicsofvoltageandcurrentwaveformsoflightningintrusionwavesin1000kVGISsubstations.
2.ThefrequencyspectrumoflightningintrusionwavesandtheinfluenceontheGISequipment.
3.ThetransientresponseofGISequipmenttolightningintrusionwaves.
