溶胶-凝胶法制备的铬掺杂钛酸锶铅薄膜的结构与电学性能研究的开题报告

本文主要介绍了一种利用溶胶-凝胶法制备铬掺杂钛酸锶铅薄膜的方法,并通过X射线衍射仪、扫描电子显微镜、电学测试等手段对其结构和电学性能进行了研究。
首先,本文介绍了钛酸锶铅材料的优越性质以及掺杂铬元素的作用。然后,详细介绍了利用溶胶-凝胶法制备铬掺杂钛酸锶铅薄膜的步骤和条件,并对制备过程进行了控制实验。接着,通过X射线衍射仪发现产生了掺杂铬元素的钛酸锶铅薄膜的晶体结构发生变化。扫描电子显微镜研究证明,通过溶胶-凝胶法制备的铬掺杂钛酸锶铅薄膜呈现出光滑、均匀的表面形貌。最后,通过电学测试证明,掺杂铬元素能够显著提高薄膜的导电性能。

Abstract:
Thisarticleintroducesamethodforpreparingchromium-dopedstrontiumleadtitaniumoxidefilmusingsol-gelmethod,andstudiesitsstructureandelectricalpropertiesthroughX-raydiffraction,scanningelectronmicroscopyandelectricaltesting.
Firstly,thisarticleintroducesthesuperiorpropertiesofstrontiumleadtitaniummaterialsandtheroleofchromiumdoping.Then,thestepsandconditionsforpreparingchromium-dopedstrontiumleadtitaniumoxidefilmusingsol-gelmethodwereintroducedindetail,andthepreparationprocesswascontrolledexperiment.Then,X-raydiffractionfoundthatthecrystalstructureofchromium-dopedstrontiumleadtitaniumoxidefilmwithdopedchromiumelementchanged.Scanningelectronmicroscopystudiesshowedthatthechromium-dopedstrontiumleadtitaniumoxidefilmpreparedbythesol-gelmethodhasasmoothanduniformsurfacemorphology.Finally,throughelectricaltests,itwasprovedthatdopingchromiumcansignificantlyimprovetheconductivityofthefilm.
Theresearchresultsprovidenewideasforthedevelopmentofnewelectronicdevicesandoptoelectronicmaterials.
