深低温单级大功率脉管制冷机

摘要为了进一步探索单级脉管制冷机的极限制冷温度,同时提高制冷机在20-40
K温区的制冷量和制
冷效率,本文对脉管制冷机的核心部件回热器进行了优化。理论和实验结果表明,适当强化回热器的传热
能力,可以在不显著增加压降损失的情况下,提高回热器的效率,从而提高脉管制冷机性能。采用由297
目不锈钢丝网、铅丸和Er3Ni组成的复合回热器结构,单级G.M型脉管制冷机获得了11.1K的低温,这
是目前报道的单级脉管制冷机最低制冷温度。该制冷机在20K和30K制冷量分别达到17.8W和39.4W,
输入功率为6kW。本文为拓展脉管制冷机在20—40K温区的应用奠定了基础。
