word文档可编辑 热处理工艺对中碳中合金耐磨钢组织和性能的影响 摘 要 本文研究了热处理工艺参数对用于制造球磨机衬板的中高碳中合金钢磨损性能的影响。通过对比采用不同回火温度处理的试样的硬度、拉伸性能和磨损量,分析不同的热处理工艺对材料的力学性能和磨损性能的影响。并且通过对比试样的金相组织,分析热处理工艺对试样金相组织的影响。 实验表明,将试样在860℃淬火2小时后回火处理,在回火温度在550~610℃之间时,试样硬度随回火温度的升高而逐渐下降;试样的抗拉强度和条件屈服极限随着温度的升高而逐渐降低,断面收缩率和伸长率逐渐增大;由于硬度降低,试样的磨损量也逐渐增大。 随着回火温度升高,试样中的回火索氏体也逐渐增多转变,回火索氏体组织具有优良的综合力学性能。综合以上分析可得:材料最优热处理工艺为1050℃退火+860℃淬火+570~590℃回火+空冷。可以得到较多的回火索氏体组织,材料硬度达到44~46.67HRC,磨损损失量相对较小。 关键词:淬火,回火,硬度,拉伸性能,耐磨性 word文档可编辑 The impact of the heat treatment process on the microstructure and properties of wear-resistant medium-carbon medium-alloy steel ABSTRACT This paper studies different heat treatment process parameters effect on the well performance of the steel alloy in the high carbon used in the manufacturing of liner of mills. By comparing the sample hardness, tensile properties and wear allowance under tempering treatment with different temperature, analysis of different treatment temperatures effecting on the mechanical properties of materials and wear performance is carried out. Besides, through the comparison of the microstructure, the heat treatments effect on metallographic organization is analyzed. Experiments showed that, putting the samples in quenching with 860 °C within two hours after the tempering treatment in temper temperature in 550 ~ 610 ℃, the sample hardness gradually decreased with the tempering temperature increasing; the tensile strength and the limit of yield conditions of the sample gradually decreased with the rise of temperature, while area reduction and elongation gradually increased; Due to the lower hardness, the wear loss was also increasing gr
