几种服用非织造材料热湿舒适性研究
摘要
该文主要测试了几种服用非织造材料的热湿舒适性能。其中非织造材料的种类有聚丙烯SMMS非织造材料、聚丙烯纺粘非织造材料以及聚酯/粘胶混纺比为70/30的水刺非织造材料。所测试的指标有非织造材料的基本结构特征指标、透气量、透湿量以及保温性能等。
经过实验分析得到,对于聚丙烯SMMS非织造材料、聚丙烯纺粘非织造材料以及聚酯/粘胶混纺比为70/30的水刺非织造材料而言,三者的透气性能和透湿性能均随着体积密度的增大而呈现下降的趋势,三者的保温性能均由织物厚度和体积密度等因素共同决定。在实际生产中,必须根据织物的最终用途和热湿舒适性要求,合理地选择加工工艺以及原料、面密度和体积密度等规格参数,才能生产出满足服用要求的非织造布。

The research of the thermal and moisture comfort properties of several kinds of nonwoven fabrics for apparel end-uses
ABSTRACT
This paper mainly tested the thermal and moisture comfort properties of several kinds of nonwoven fabrics for apparel end-uses. Three types of nonwoven fabrics were chosen, including pure polypropylene SMMS nonwoven materials, pure polypropylene spunbond nonwoven materials and polyester/viscose 70/30 spunlaced nonwoven materials. Testing indexes consisted of the test of the basic structure characteristics, permeability, moisture vapor transimission and thermal properties.
After analysising of the results, we understood that, for pure polypropylene SMMS nonwoven materials, pure polypropylene spunbond nonwoven materials and polyester/viscose 70/30 spunlaced nonwoven materials, their permeability and moisture vapor transimission decrease with the increasing volume density. Their thermal properties depend on fabric thickness and volume density. In practice, only when proper manufacturing process, raw material, area density and volume density are selected according to fabric end-uses and the thermal and moisture comfort properties, can we produce appropriate nonwovens for apparel end-uses.
