Methods Mice bearing H22 tumor models were set up. Tumor weight and inhibition ratio of tumor growth were obtained for the evaluation of the anti-tumor activity. And immune organ index and hematological parameters were determined to estimate the protective effects on these functions of H22 tumor bearing mouse.
