外商直接投资对上海经济增长的影响研究硕士学位论文.doc

摘 要 对利用外商直接投资（Foreign Direct Investment）问题的研究是国际经济学和国际贸易学的一个重要方面。作为国际资本流动的主要方式，FDI 对东道国经济的影响作用已日益为国内外研究者所关注。随着 FDI 进入国民经济的大部分领域，FDI 在我国经济中的地位不断提高，对我国经济的各个方面、各个环节都产生了重要作用。特别是在 20 世纪末 21 世纪初，随着全球化范围内的新一轮产业结构调整，不仅发展中国家间的竞争日趋激烈，在我国国内，如北京、广东、上海、福建等地也都纷纷发挥各自的地区优势，改善投资环境，为更多地吸引外资做准备。在这种背景下，我们既需要对上海市的外商直接投资(FDI)状况进行深入了解，也需要对其经济增长与FDI的相互关系进行分析，更需要对 FDI 如何影响上海市经济增长加以系统研究，从而对上海市今后的引资政策调整给予一定的实证支持与帮助。 本文采用理论分析与实证研究相结合，应用比较分析和计量经济模型对大量统计资料及纵断面时间序列数据进行了整理和研究。本文在回顾了国内外相关研究的基础上，首先介绍了与东道国引进外商直接投资相关的经济增长理论，并在此基础上总结出引进外商直接投资对经济增长作用传导机制，构造出本文的理论框架。然后，本文根据理论框架建立计量经济学模型，运用计量经济分析软件Eviews对各组经济变量的时间序列进行实证检验。实证结果表明：外商直接投资对上海经济增长、进出口贸易、技术进步、劳动力就业具有促进作用。最后，为上海市合理的引进和利用外商直接投资提出一些有效的政策建议。 关键词：外商直接投资，经济增长，FDI，线性回归分析 ABSTRACT To do research on foreign direct investment (FDI) is an important part of international economics and international trade study. As the main pattern of international capital inflows, the effect of FDI on host country’s economy has received widely attention. In recent years, the volume of the utilization of foreign capital in China increased year by year. As FDI become more and more important, foreign direct investment has play an important role in various aspects of economics. Especially at the turn of 20th century and 21st century, with a new round of industrial structure adjustment all over the world, the competition is becoming fiercer not only among developing countries, but also inside our country where Beijing, Guangdong, Shanghai, Fujian and other places for instance, give play to their own regional advantages and improve the investment climate one after another to prepare for absorbing foreign capital more. Against this kind of background, for Shanghai, we should not only understand deeply the state of FDI, but also analyze the relationship between economic growth and FDI in Shanghai.What’s the more,we should study systematically how FDI influences on the economic growth to give some empirical supports and help to the adjustment of the policy of absorbing foreign
