Analyzing 999 Group, it has been obtained that several problems which have been existing in the corporate governance in China: the property right is not clear, the stock right structure is unreasonable, the company is not standard in information disclosure, lack the effective inside corporate governance regimes, the parent company of enterprise group abuses power, goes beyond its commission and intervenes the listed company in business, it is not sound in outside supervising regimes etc. The government issues the relevant policy, and I propose the propose reforming countereasures and suggestions to 999.
