摘要

江苏省拥有丰富的旅游资源，为旅游产业的发展提供了坚实基础，旅游产业

的繁荣会拉动区域经济的发展，旅游产业的发展也离不开区域经济的支持。基于

此研究背景，本文以江苏省为研究对象，研究旅游产业与区域经济的耦合协调度

及其影响指标，有利于实现旅游产业与区域经济耦合协调发展。

本文运用系统耦合理论和灰色系统理论，构建耦合协调模型和灰色关联模型，

分析江苏省旅游产业与区域经济发展现状，从江苏省整体层面计算两系统各指标

综合指数，进一步测算耦合度值以及耦合协调度水平，从而具体分析其协调发展

过程中的时序差异，并比较江苏省13个地级市区域间耦合协调的差异，最后，分

析影响江苏省旅游产业与区域经济发展协调性的主要指标。

研究结果表明：（1）从全省角度，2013-2022年，江苏省旅游产业与区域经

济的耦合协调程度呈愈加协调的趋势,并得出江苏省旅游产业与区域经济耦合协

调度的各个影响指标关联度。（2）从全市角度，2013-2022年，江苏省各个市旅

游产业与区域经济耦合协调度的整体趋势呈“驼峰型”，通过对各个市旅游产业

与区域经济耦合协调度的差异研究，显然可以分为四个阶段。

根据研究结果，本文分别对江苏省经济滞后型、同步发展型和旅游滞后型地

区提出旅游产业与区域经济耦合协调发展的建议。
