1.SCOPE.Thisstandardcoversperformanceandotherrequirementsforsinglethreadformspringnutsdesignedforassembly
onpanels0.6to3.8thick.

2.MATERIALANDHEATTREATMENT.材料和热处理
2.1MATERIAL.Thematerialshallbespringsteel,thespecificgradeofmaterialshallbeatthediscretionofthemanufacturer
tomeettheperformancerequirementsandprovideadequateductility.

2.2HEATTREATMENT.HardenandTempertoHV420-520orAustempertoHV500-570.
热处理。淬火和回火至HV420–520或奥氏体回火至HV500–570。
3.PERFORMANCE.性能
3.1ASSEMBLYANDRETENTION.Springnutsshallpreassembleontosteeltestplatesofthicknessequaltothetwoextremes
ofthepanelrangespecifiedforthenuttobetested.Themaximuminstallationforceduringtheassemblyofthespringnutshall
be55N.Theminimumforcetothenremovethespringnutshallbe2N.
