毕业论文 （20_ _届） 临海市民营企业技术创新路径与对策研究 摘 要 在经济全球化、技术进步加速和行业竞争不断加剧的背景下，民营企业面临着越来越严峻的生存和竞争挑战，技术创新已成为企业赖以生存和发展的基础，是企业提升竞争优势的重要途径。技术创新是企业发展的源泉，它可使企业突破发展瓶颈，改善产品结构，提升产品附加值，提高企业经济效益和市场竞争力。但是，从目前民营企业竞争环境考察，民营企业面临诸多技术创新难题，缺乏有效的技术创新对策和方法。因此，探索民营企业合理有效的技术创新路径，制定民营企业解决技术创新的解决对策，具有重要的现实和战略意义。 本文以华海药业为例，在深入企业调研基础上，应用技术创新理论，通过对华海药业技术创新特点和模式，以及面临的问题分析研究，提出华海药业技术创新路径和发展对策：多元化技术创新路径和E-创新路径两条路径，以及培育E-创新模式、加强科技人才管理、加大政府支持力度和加强国际战略合作等对策为临海市民营企业技术创新决策提供借鉴和参考。 关键词：Abstract In the economical globalization, the technology advancement acceleration and the profession competition intensifies unceasingly under the background, the private enterprise is facing the more and more stern survival and the competition challenge, the technological innovation has become the enterprise livelihood and the development foundation, is the enterprise promotes the competitive advantage the important way. The technological innovation is a fountainhead which the enterprise develops, it may cause the enterprise to break through the development bottleneck, the improvement product mix, the promotion product added value, enhances the enterprise economic efficiency and the market competitive power. But, from the present private enterprise competition environment inspection, the private enterprise faced with many technological innovation difficult problem, lacks the effective technological innovation countermeasure and the method. Therefore, the exploration private enterprise reasonable effective technological innovation way, the formulation private enterprise solves the technological innovation solution countermeasure, has the important reality and the strategic sense.
