本科毕业论文 题 目:高师化学教育实习满意度提升研究 Research to improve the satisfaction of chemical education practice 诚 信 承 诺 我谨在此承诺:本人所写的毕业论文《高师化学教育实习满意度提升研究》均系本人独立完成,没有抄袭行为,凡涉及其他作者的观点和材料,均作了注释,若有不实,后果由本人承担。 承诺人(签名): 年 月 日 高师化学教育实习满意度提升研究 摘要:化学教育实习满意度即学生对化学实习教师的教学满意度,。为了解学生对化学实习老师的满意程度,通过问卷调查,了解学生对化学实习老师的满意程度;运用SPSS软件,进行统计量描述、KMO和Bartlett的检验,并采用因子分析等统计分析方法,研究影响学生对化学实习教师教学满意度的因素。通过分析结果可以看出化学实习老师的教学情况,可以归纳出影响学生对化学教育实习满意度的五大大因素:实习老师的专业素养、学生的学习态度、实习老师教师教学能力、实习老师的教学态度、教师职业道德。研究认为,为了提升满意度,高校师范生不仅要有扎实的专业性知识、培养学生学习的积极态度、提升自身的教学能力、端正教学态度,还应加强教师职业道德建设。 关键词:化学教育实习;满意度;提升;问卷调查;因子分析 Research to improve the satisfaction of chemical education practice Abstract: Chemical education internship satisfaction that student satisfaction for intern teachers of chemistry teaching, students to understand chemistry student teacher satisfaction degree, through the questionnaire survey, using SPSS software, with statistic description, KMO and Bartlett, s test, and adopts statistical analysis methods such as factor analysis, the factors that affect students practice for chemical teaching teachers degree of satisfaction, through the analysis of the results can be seen that chemistry student teachers teaching, can students which affect greatly on chemical education internship satisfaction of five factors: student teachers professional knowledge, learning attitude of students, and teachers teaching ability, practice the teachers teaching attitude, teachers professional ethics.
