谈服装设计人才培养 　　【摘要】服装是一个社会政治、经济、科技、文化等的综合体，体现着人的价值观、伦理观、审美观、民族风貌和时代精神，浓缩着人类发展史和文明史，是社会的一面镜子。随着时代的发展，服装产业已由劳动密集型向技术密集型和资金密集型转化，企业的竞争已由低成本、低价格的竞争转向品牌的竞争，其中服装的科技含量和文化含量以及创新将是竞争的关键，这就对服装人才的培养提出了新的挑战和更高要求。我们必须就目前相对落后的教育观念、教育形式、教育结构、人才培养模式、教学内容和教学方法等进行一系列的改革，以培养出具有深厚文化底蕴，较高的科技素养，高尚的审美品位、较强工程技术能力的高素质服装设计人才。 ? 　　【关键词】服装设计;人才培养; 基本素养 　　Discusses the dress designing talented person’s raise? 　　Qi Zhihao? 　　【Abstract】The clothing is a social politics, the economy, the science and technology, the culture and so on complex compound, is manifesting person’s values, ethics view, the aesthetic standard, the national style and the spirit of the age, is concentrating the human history and the history of civilization, is a society’s mirror. Along with the time development, the clothing industry already transforms by the labor-intensive form to technology-intensive and the fund intensity, enterprise’s competition by the low cost, the low price’s competition changed the brand the competition, clothing’s technology content and the cultural content as well as the innovation will be the competition keys, this presented the new challenge to the clothing talented person’s raise and a higher request.
