本科学生毕业设计 基于单片机的原油温度状态控制系统 设计 系部名称： 专业班级： 学生姓名： 指导教师： 曲贵波 职 称： 副教授 黑 龙 江 工 程 学 院 二○一二年六月 The Graduation Design for Bachelors Degree Design of Crude Oil Temperature States Control System Based on MCU Candidate： Specialty：Measurement-Control Technology and Instrumentation Class： Supervisor：Associate Prof. Qu Guibo Heilongjiang Institute of Technology 2012-06·Harbin  摘 要 温度是科学技术中最基本的物理量之一，物理化学生物等学科都离不开温度。在工业生产和实验研究中，像电力、化工、石油、冶金、航空航天、机械制造、粮食存储、酒类生产等领域内温度往往是表征对象和过程状态的重要的参数之一。其中原油是一种重要的资源在，所以控制原油的温度是非常必要的。 本课题设计一个基于单片机的原油温度状态控制系统，能完成对原油温度参数的实时监测、存储和显示。当原油温度偏离设定值时能完成对原油温度的调节。包括铂电阻测温调理电路、A/D转换电路、数码管显示电路、MAX232远程通信电路、实时时钟电路、储存与读取电路、键盘与显示电路。此次设计的内容就是通过对单片机的了解，将其应用于测控系统中。 ABSTRACT The temperature is the most basic science and technology of one of the physical quantities,physical chemical and biological sciences is inseparable from the temperature.In these domains such as electric power chemical,petroleum,metallurgy,aerospace,machinery manufacture,food storage,alcohol production,the temperature is often characterized the state of the process object and one of the important parameters in the industrial production and experimental study.Among all these fields crude oil is a kind of important resources.On crude oil storage site,inappropriate temperature control will lead to serious consequence.so,it is highly necessary to control the temperature of crude oil. This subject design a crude oil temperature control system based on single chip,able to complete the real-time monitoring of temperature parameters of crude oil,stored and displayed.When the oil temperature deviation from the set value,it can adjust the oil temperature.It includes platinum resistance temperature conditioning circuit,AD conversion circuits,LED display circuit,MAX232 remote communication circuit,real-time clock circuit,storage and reading circuit,Keyboard and display circuit.The design of content is through the understanding of
