In 1980,s were the period of the new building type-intelligent buildings turned out.This article considers the whole process of construction equipment monitoring system in a hospital surgical medical technology building design. This paper describes a hospital invasive medical technology building construction equipment monitoring system design founded on design principles and methods and conclusions of design options .We realized the supervision of cold/heat source, air-conditioners, water supply and other facilities, totally 1112 points and a detailed description of each system equipment selection.
