1.1安全生产责任制

1.1.2安全生产责任制是企业全体员工共同参与、共同负责的一项重要制度，明确了企业内部各级管理人员、技术人员和操作人员的安全职责，保证生产过程中安全风险的有效控制。

1.1.3安全生产责任制要求企业法定代表人负总责，各级管理人员、技术人员和操作人员按照职责分工，层层落实安全生产责任。
