摘要
本文的研究对象是南华集团Y2型电机转子加工检验过程。通过现场调研,运用质量管理方面的知识对产品进行质量过程控制及可靠性分析研究,为南华集团电机转子质量检验过程的进一步改善提供依据。
本文简单阐述了质量检验和可靠性分析的相关内容;详细介绍了统计过程控制(SPC)的方法以及统计过程控制的核心工具控制图。本文利用P控制图、均值--极差()控制图、柏拉图和因果图对转子加工过程进行了SPC分析;然后利用FEMCA方法和故障树法对转子生产进行了可靠性分析。由此从整体上评估了南华集团转子质量检验过程控制,并为南华集团质量管理进一步改善提供了参考。

Abstract
This research object is Nanhua Group of motor rotor type Y2 processing process. Through field investigation, using knowledge of quality control of product quality control and reliability analysis and research for the south of motor rotor group to further improve the quality inspection process.
This article simply elaborated quality inspection and reliability analysis of related content, Detailed introduces the SPC (statistical process control) method and statistical process control tools, the core of control chart. Using the P control charts, mean - poor () control charts, Plato and causality diagram machining process of the rotor SPC analysis;Then use FEMCA method and method of fault tree analysis of the reliability of the rotor production. Thus the whole assessment from nanhua group process control, quality inspection of the rotor and for the south to further improve the quality management group provides reference.
