制造业信息化 仿真/ 建模/ CAD/ CAM/ CAE/ CAPP MANUFACTURING INFORMATIZATION 基于有限元分析阶梯型复合变幅杆的设计 刘泽祥 (泰州职业技术学院,江苏 泰州225300) 摘 要:为了获得放大系数大、振动可靠的变幅杆,设计了带圆锥过渡的 1/4 波长阶梯型变幅杆。通过理论计算得到阶 梯型变幅杆的几何模型,并基于有限元方法,应用ANSYS 软件对变幅杆进行模态分析和谐响应分析,获得了变幅杆频 率、放大系数和最大应力的变化规律,为阶梯型复合变幅杆的设计提供了参考。 关键词:复合变幅杆;ANSYS ;模态分析;谐响应分析 中图分类号:TG 663 文献标志码:A 文章编号:1002-2333(2015)08-0039-04 Design of the Stepped Compound Horn Based on Finite Element Analysis LIU Zexiang (Taizhou Polytechnic College ,Taizhou 225300 ,China) : , Abstract In order to gain the reliable horn with bigger amplification factor the tapered transitional stepped horn is designed based on 1/4 wavelength stepped ultrasonic horn. The geometric model of the stepped horn is gained by the theoretical calculation. The modal analysis and harmonic response analysis are carried out based on the finite element , analysis of ANSYS software. The rules of parameters of frequency amplification factor and the maximum stress are obtained to provide reference for the design of stepped compound horn.
