体育舞蹈运动对女大学生身体成分影响的实验研究的中期报告 【摘要】 本实验旨在探究体育舞蹈运动对女大学生身体成分的影响。采用无对照组前后测设计,选取50名女大学生作为研究对象,分为实验组和对照组。 实验组进行了12周的体育舞蹈训练,每周3次,每次1小时。对照组不进行任何体育锻炼。在实验开始前和结束后,对两组对象进行身体成分测量,其中包括身高、体重、体脂率、肌肉量等指标。通过对比两组的差异,分析体育舞蹈训练对女大学生身体成分的影响。 初步结果显示,实验组女大学生的体重、体脂率、腰臀比和腰身比显著下降,肌肉量有所上升。对照组各项指标变化不明显。 【关键词】体育舞蹈运动,女大学生,身体成分,实验研究 【Abstract】 The aim of this study is to investigate the effect of sports dance on the body composition of female college students. A no-control-group pretest-posttest design was used, and 50 female college students were selected and divided into experimental and control groups. The experimental group received 12 weeks of sports dance training, three times a week and one hour each time. The control group did not engage in any physical exercise. Before and after the experiment, the body composition of the two groups was measured, including height, weight, body fat percentage, muscle mass and other indicators. By comparing the differences between the two groups, the effect of sports dance training on the body composition of female college students was analyzed. Preliminary results showed that the weight, body fat percentage, waist-to-hip ratio and waist-to-body ratio of female college students in the experimental group significantly decreased, while muscle mass increased slightly.
