Key words:Orthopaedic;Health education;Ability 护理健康教育是护士针对服务对象的生理、心理、社会的适应能力等方面进行的教育。在美国，护理人员从学校到临床均系统接受健康教育理论与方法的学习，护理的健康教育理念已成为工作行为准则[1]。我国的护理健康教育在各县市级医院起步较晚，没有形成科学有效的教育系统，而且在理论和体制保证方面还不够完善，可参考的文献及书籍比较少，又缺乏系统的护理健康教育理论及能力培训，导致护理健康教育从认识学习阶段快速进入临床实践阶段后,大多数临床科室的健康教育存在急于求成或流于形式[2]的问题，很多时候因护理人员的临床实践经验不足再加上护理健康教育的好坏没有一个明确的硬性标准，致使护理健康教育工作只是停留在照本宣科的生硬、应付性的低层面，护理人员虽然进行了护理健康教育但却不知道如何向患者进行科学有效的护理健康教育。临床护理健康教育工作除了要求护理人员必须具备过硬的综合知识外，在临床工作中更应积极探索，不断更新专业知识，注意国内外护理健康教育新动向、新方法，结合本专科实际情况，在实践和探索中不断总结经验，完善护理健康教育方法，优化护理健康教育内容，以达到帮助患者或家属确立健康信念，建立健康行为的根本目的。本文从我院骨科临床护理健康教育知晓率入手，针对基层医院骨科在开展护理健康教育中存在的问题,提出有效措施，取得较好的效果。 1资料与方法 1.1一般资料所有参加问卷调查患者为：2007年1
