发展经济学课程论文 高新技术产业集聚对区域经济增长的研究—以广东省为例 摘 要随着广东省经济发展中产业结构矛盾的日益凸显，大力发展高新技术产业、促进全省经济发展由依靠基本要素投入推动的粗放型增长方式转变为依靠技术创新投入推动的集约型增长方式已经成为了谋求经济长期可持续发展的重要途径。产业集聚是一种空间组织形式，无论理论还是实践均已表明产业集聚对区域经济增长有着明显的促进作用。产业集聚可以形成竞争优势，推动技术创新和带来外部效应，其带来的创新优势和外部效应更加明显，进而促进区域经济的增长。高新技术产业代表着一个国家的核心竞争力，广东省是我国高新技术产业发展的代表省份，高新技术产业也逐渐成为广东省的支柱产业。文章从产业集聚理论角度出发结合广东省情况，分析产业集聚以及产业集聚与经济增长之间关系的研究现状，指出广东省高新技术集聚现状，从技术创新效应、成本效应、产品结构优化效应分析了高新技术产业集聚对区域经济增长的促进作用。最后，对广东省高新技术产业的发展提出相应的政策建议。关键词：高新技术产业；产业集聚；区域经济增长AbstractWith the economic development of Guangdong Province, the industrial structure became increasingly prominent, develop high-tech industries, and promote the development of the provinces economic growth mode from extensive to rely on the basic elements depend on inputs driven into intensive growth driven by investment in technological innovation has become an important way to pursue long-term economic sustainability.Industry cluster is a spatial organization, regardless of theory and practice have shown an industry gathering for regional economic growth has a significant role in promoting.
