工业园区66KV变电所设计 摘 要 台安县是地处辽宁省中部、辽河三角洲腹地。交通便利,具有明显的东亚经济圈和环渤海经济区的区位优势,是辽河平原上的鱼米之乡。工业园于2001年建设实施,到今天为止,已成为一个功能完备的扩大开发先导区和经济发展增长区。 本设计根据鞍山市台安县工业园区的电力负荷资料,作出了该区地面66kV变电所的设计。设计内容包括:负荷计算与变压器选择、主接线的设计、短路计算和高压电气设备的选择、变电所的布置、继电保护等。本设计以实际负荷为依据,以变电所的最佳运行为基础,按照有关规定和规范,完成了66kV变电所的设计。 设计中首先通过对变电站变压器的负荷计算,对主变压器进行选择。从经济性和可靠性角度确定主接线方式。重点进行短路计算,电气设备包括66kV设备及10kV设备的选择及校验,继电保护的整定计算,包括变压器保护计算,线路保护计算,备用电源和备用设备自动投入。 关键词:电气设备选择,继电保护,短路计算,变电所,主接线 Industrial Park 66KV substation design Abstract TAIAN County is located in central LIAONING Province, LIAOHE River Delta hinterland. Convenient transportation and has obvious advantages of the East Asian Economic Circle and BOHAI Economic Zone, is the breadbasket of LIAOHE Plain. Industrial park construction and implementation in 2001, to date, has become a full-featured development pilot area to expand economic development and growth areas. The design according to the power load data Anshan City, TAIAN County Industrial Park, the area has made the ground 66kV substation design. Design includes: selecting a load calculation and transformer selection, main terminal design, short circuit calculations and high-voltage electrical equipment, substation layout, protection and so on. The design is based on the actual load, to the best run substation basis, in accordance with the relevant regulations and standards, we completed the design of 66kV substation. Firstly, the design of the transformer substation load calculation, the main transformer selection. Determine the main wiring from the perspective of economy and reliability. Key short-circuit calculations, electrical equipment including equipment selection and verification 66kV and 10kV equipment, setting calculation of relay protection, including protection calculation transformers, circuit protection calculation, automatic backup power and backup equipment investment.
