材料配比對潛盾隧道地盤改良影響之基礎研究 柯武德 1 , 何世盛 2 蔡艾欣 1 梁家豪 2 (1.正修科技大學土木與工程資訊系,高雄;2.中聯資源股份有限公司,高雄) 摘 要:潛盾隧道出發、到達工作井與聯絡通道外側之地盤改良以採用高壓噴射灌漿工法(JSG ) 為主,為避免影響潛盾機之鑽掘,其強度不僅須符合規範強度下限的要求亦不可過高。在台灣地區, 其地盤改良強度經常過高而導致潛盾機之鑽掘困難,其影響因素有地質條件、施工方法、材料等。本 文首先針對材料配比之影響,在試驗室模擬現場狀況做一系列試驗,以現場原地盤土壤種類、水泥用 量、皂土為參數,做一探討分析,提供工程界之參考。 關鍵詞:潛盾隧道、地盤改良、配比 Basic Research on the Influence of Mix-Proportion of Materials Due to the Geological Improvement of Shield Tunnel 1 2 1 2 Ko, Wu-Te Ho, Shih-Sheng Tsai, Ai-Hsin Liang, Chia-hao (1. China Hi-Ment Corporation, Kaohsing ) Abstract: The geological improvement of the start and terminus shaft of the shield tunnel and the outside of the cross passage mainly adopted JSG method. To avoid its influence toward the excavation of the shield machine, its strength not only should conform to the demand of the standard minimum strength limit, it should not also exceed the maximum limit. In Taiwan, the strength of geological improvement often exceeds its limit which leads to difficulties in the excavation of the shield machine and would influence some factors like the geological conditions, construction method, materials, etc. This study first studied the influence of the mix-proportion of materials and did a series of experiments with the model built in the laboratory. The type of soil, cement content and bentonite were used as parameter.
