ABSTRACT

Inthispaper,BaogangHotMILL180t/hforRegenerativefurnace

requirementsofagraduationprojectReferencehasbeenintheliteratureonthe

basisofblastfurnacegastofuelthefurnacedesignacomprehensivethermal

calculation。Includingcombustion,theheatingtime,themetalstructure,

masonrydesign,heat

balancecalculation.Intheprojector

adumbratetheblastandtheairatthesametime,not

only

improvethethermalefficiency,butefficiedclymakeuseoftheblastfurnace

gas.Focusontheselectionprocessheatingfurnace,theheatingtimeandload

calculationofchangesinhowthechangesinoperatingparameterswerestudied

anddiscussed,thefurnaceimportantsupplementaryequipmentselection,

concludedthatthedesignandtheworkofthenextstepTheirideasand

perspectives.Throughthisgraduatedesignandimproveregenerativecombustion

technology,toimprovethethermalefficiencyofthestove,thegoalofimproving

productquality,whileusingthestovevaporizationcoolingsystem,reducingthe

waterpipesandIndiatoensureheatingquality.

Becausethedesignadoptedthehightemperatureaircombustion

technology,itownedthevariousadvantage,particularlyateconomizedon

energytodeclinetoconsumeandenvironmentalprotectiontoobtainthevery

bigresult,webelievedthatitwillownvastdevelopmentforegroundinthe

domestic。
