毕 业 设 计(论 文) 基于S7-200 PLC的多种液体混合控制系统设计 姓 名 系 别 电气信息学院 专 业 电气工程及其自动化 班 级 指导教师 2012 年 6 月 15 日 基于S7-200 PLC的多种液体混合控制系统设计 【摘要】 以三种液体的混合灌装控制为例,将三种液体按一定比例混合,在电动机搅拌后要达到一定的温度才能将混合的液体输出容器。并形成循环状态。液体混合系统的控制设计考虑到其动作的连续性以及各个被控设备动作之间的相互关联性,针对不同的工作状态,进行相应的动作控制输出,从而实现液体混合系统从第一种液体加入到混合完成输出的这样一个周期控制工作的程序实现。 论文还详细介绍了西门子公司S7-200系列PLC的组成和技术指标,以及它的输入、输出接口的功能和分类,论文设计是基于西门子公司的S7-200系列PLC控制液体搅拌器的运行。文中分析了其工艺过程,在明确了其控制要求以后对其进行了硬件及软件的设计,并详细介绍了其控制方案,根据设计的要求和特点,确定PLC的输入、输出分配,并详细分析了其控制过程、工艺流程图、梯形图。 【关键词】 PLC 搅拌器 S7-200 控制过程 Based on the S7-200PLC a variety of liquid mixture control system design [Abstract] The liquid mixture in three filling control as an example, three kinds of liquids are mixed according to a certain proportion, stirring after the motor to reach a certain temperature can be mixed liquid output container.
