Method: On the basis of?extraction temperature,?extraction time,?ratio of material to liquid,?freeze thawing cycles,?lysozyme?and EDTA experiment of 6 single factor, ?choose extraction temperature,?extraction time,?solid to liquid ratio of 3 factors and 3 levels to conduct Study of Box?-Behnken center?, and analyze the test data?by use Design?Expert?8.0.Establish a mathematical model of effect on extraction?rate?of?polysaccharide?about the?above 3?main factors, finally,the?extraction?conditions were optimized?by response surface analysis,?and determined the optimal condition?of blue-green algae?polysaccharide extraction?. Results: the?influence factors on the?sequence?of Microcystis?aeruginosa?polysaccharide?extraction ?are ? as? follows: extracting?temperaturesolid-liquid ratio?extraction time. Conclusion: the?optimum extraction conditions:?extraction temperature 53 ℃,solid-liquid ratio 1:51,?extraction time 4.3h,?under this condition,?the crude polysaccharide?expected?rate of 1.18%,?the actual?rate of 1.06%.
