毕 业 论 文(设 计) 论文(设计)题目:锅炉汽包水位串级三冲量控制系统的设计 姓 名 赵文涛 学 号 085135214005 学 院 控制科学与工程学院 专 业 自动化 年 级 2012级 指导教师 杨西侠 2015年 7月12日 摘 要 锅炉是化工、炼油、发电、造纸和制糖等工业生产过程中必不可少的重要动力设备。锅炉往往成了不少工厂不可或缺的一部分。因而,对锅炉设备中的自动控制系统进行分析研究是必要的。 锅炉是工业生产过程中重要的动力设备。锅炉水位控制系统是锅炉生产控制系统中重要的环节,对锅炉生产操作如果不合理往往会引起事故。这些事故中大部分是由于锅炉水位控制不当引起的,可见锅炉汽包水位控制在锅炉设备控制系统中的重要性;汽包水位过高过低的后果非常严重,因此汽包水位必须严格控制Abstract The boiler is absolutely necessary significant power plant of industry productions process such as the chemical industry,heat edible oil,generation of electrical energy,papermaking and refines sugar and so on .As a result,it is indispensable systematically to analyze research to the automatic control in the boiler installation. The boiler is the Power Plant that the whole factory,.Segment that the boiler water level control system is the most significant in the boiler.To boiler production operation,if unreasonable will often cause the accident. The majority of these accidents are boiler water monitor causing improper, obviously the importance of boiler drum water level control in the Boiler device control system.Drum water level is too high or too low,the consequences are very serious,so the water level must be tightly controlled. The traditional control mode of the drum water level mostly uses PID.PID tuning parameters to obtain the object is based on the mathematical model,based on a tuning rules to determine,on-line can be adjusted to suit the boiler drum level control such a complex system. In this paper,control technology,the design of a three impulse PID on boiler drum level control to achieve the automatic adjustment of boiler feed water.And control systems using MATLAB simulating;results show,PID technology,fast response,high accuracy,while false water level has good control effect.
