论变频器运行过程中存在的问题及其对策剖析.doc

摘 要
变频器,也称为变频驱动器或驱动控制器。变频器是可调速驱动系统的一种,是应用变频驱动技术改变交流电动机工作电压的频率和幅度,来平滑控制交流电动机速度及转矩。自80年代通过变频器进入中国市场以来,得到了广泛应用。 但随着应用范围的扩大,暴露出来的问题也越来越多。如谐波问题、变频器负载匹配问题、发热问题。以上这些问题已经引起了有关管理部门和厂矿的注意并制定了相的技术标准。研究变频器运行过程中存在的各类问题,具有十分重要的意义。
本文拟在搜集资料,对各类变频问题的分析的基础上,梳理变频器运行过程中存在的问题,并探讨各类问题的解决方案。
关键词:变频器;谐波;负载;发热
Abstract
Power enterprise system is too hot for equipment many times, downtime resulting from blast furnace at the accident. this article analyzes the electrical equipment failure of electricity companies is the reason for the failure of electrical equipment for observation and analysis, this class is divided mainly into an external and internal problems with two major types;analysis and in normal circumstances were responsible for electrical equipment; the resistance and losses, medium and the defect of the three forms of violence and treatment measures, and the common test the temperature of the electrical equipment and techniques for
diagnosis the electrical equipment failure of the defects and insulating performance a reliable
estimate, the traditional test of preventive repairs electrical equipment to predict the state. this
is also a modern enterprise development. accordingly the electrical equipment may be hidden
in a hot, and improve the operation of equipment security.
