第 8 卷 第 2 期 环 境 工 程 学 报 Vol . 8 ,No . 2 2 0 1 4 年 2 月 Chinese Journal of Environmental Engineering Feb . 2 0 1 4 MCM-41 介孔分子筛的合成及其 对铜离子的吸附性能 朱文杰1,2 李明明2 马文会2* 周 阳2 伍继君2 于 洁1,2 谢克强2 ( 1. 昆明理工大学环境科学与工程学院,昆明 650093; 2. 昆明理工大学真空冶金国家工程实验室,昆明 650093) 摘 要 以微硅粉为硅源,CTAB 和 PEG-6000 为模板剂,合成 MCM-41 介孔分子筛。采用 XRD、N 2 吸附-脱附曲线、FT- IR 以及 TEM 表征了其结构、比表面积、孔径分布及晶体形貌,并且以该样品为吸附剂,对含 Cu2 + 的溶液进行了静态吸附实 验。结果表明,以微硅粉为硅源成功合成了具有典型六方排列孔道结构的 MCM-41,其比表面积为 869. 5 m2 /g,孔容为 0. 97 cm 3 /g,平均孔径为 3. 3 nm; 溶液 pH 为 5 ~ 6 时,MCM-41 对 Cu2 + 的去除效果最好; MCM-41 对 Cu2 + 的最大吸附吸附容量 36. 3 mg /g; MCM-41 对 Cu2 + 的吸附性能符合 Langmuir 吸附方程的特征。动力学研究表明,该过程符合准二级动力学 模型。 关键词 微硅粉 MCM-41 分子筛 吸附 铜离子 动力学 中图分类号 X756,X131. 2 文献标识码 A 文章编号 1673-9108( 2014) 02-0513-07 Synthesis of MCM-41 mesoporous sieves and their adsorption performance of Cu 2 + Zhu Wenjie 1,2 Li Mingming 2 Ma Wenhui 2 Zhou Yang 2 Wu Jijun 2 Yu Jie 1,2 Xie Keqiang 2 ( 1. National Engineering Laboratory for Vacuum Metallurgy,Kunming University of Science and Technology,Kunming 650093,China) Abstract The MCM-41 mesoporous sieves were successfully synthesized using the silica fume as silica source,and CTAB,PEG-6000 as template agents. The as-synthesized materials were characterized by XRD,N 2 adsorption-desorption,FTIR and TEM. The results indicate that the prepared material has the typical well-or- dered hexagonal array of pore structure,with surface area of 869. 5 m2 /g,pore volume of 0. 97 cm3 /g and ca. pore diameter of 3. 3 nm. The adsorption performance of Cu 2 + in water solution was studied in static experiments with the MCM-41 mesoporous sieves as adsorbent. The influences of solution pH value,adsorbent dosage and ad- sorption time were investigated. It is showed that the effect of removal of Cu 2 + is best when the value of pH is be- tween 5 and 6. Langmuir equation may be better to describe the adsorption characteristics of Cu 2 + onto MCM-41,
